What is Seat Leasing?
With seat leasing, anyone can set up a remote office or operations in another location at a reasonable cost by leasing seats rather than investing in the necessary physical infrastructure.
It entails a service provider, typically a business process outsourcing (BPO) firm, managing the facilities and renting office space and equipment to the customer. The customer is then in charge of hiring, educating, and supervising the staff members who will be occupying the leased office space.
